If Pete Davidson ever joins the Funny1060am Comedy Series, you better be ready to sign an NDA or pay up to a million dollars in damages…… At a recent show in San Fran an attendee was emailed a contract to sign or else they wouldn’t be able to see the show…. it stated, “the individual shall not give any interviews, offer any opinions or critiques, or otherwise participate by any means or in any form whatsoever (including but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, or any other social networking or other websites whether now existing or hereafter created).” Sooooooo, were not allowed to share our opinion, even if the show was great? Do comedians need that much protecting? Are their ego’s that small that they can’t take a little negative press….. or is it that his stuff just so raunchy and wrong, that he has to get his attendees to sign an NDA just to keep his career going? What are your thoughts?
