Toronto Blue Jays could be coming home to practice
The Blue Jays are hoping their newly laid plans for restarting training in Toronto will get the go ahead from the federal government this week.
The Jays have put forward a plan that would see players return to the city and bubble inside the hotel attached to the Rogers Centre.
The team has reportedly made some travel plans, including a chartered flight from Dunedin.
The MLB is allowing team training to resume Wednesday, but due to a worsening COVID-19 situation in Florida, the Jays are now trying to hold workouts at their home park.
