He hosts bi-weekly radio series “Money Matters” on BNN-Bloomberg 1410, helping high net worth families, professionals, and business owners explore financial issues that impact their daily lives.
Among his industry honors, Jim obtained his CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation in 1999.and his TEP (Registered Trust & Estate Practitioner) designation in 2001. In 2004 he completed his CFDA (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst) designation. To ensure clients risk management and comprehensive estate planning were adequately addressed; he completed his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation in 2005 and the CIWM designation May 2012, completing the UBC Sauder School of Business Family Enterprise Advisor Program in December 2011.
