Matt is the owner of Lianas Senior Transition Support, a Montreal based company providing support for families and their loved ones through the aging process and navigating their life transitions. Services include retirement home search and support (a FREE service); Elder Care Planning; Home / Condo Sale and Downsizing; and Psychosocial Assessments from his team of clinical social workers. He is a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA designation). He is compassionate, energetic and empathetic. His roots are well grounded and he brings an engaging sense of humour. Matt is a proud dad to a daughter and son as well as a wonderful stepdaughter. Matt and his spouse, Stefanie Cadou, share a love of family and friends and wish to make a difference in the well being of Canadians.
