Annual Hamilton event plants to turn Halloween upside down this year
The 7th annual Kate Andrus Pumpkin Prowl plans to turn Halloween upside down this year.
The annual event, which was inspired by separated families who couldn't always enjoy special occasions like Halloween with their children, has decided to mix things up this year.
The groups 'Upside Down Halloween' will feature online entertainment and a dance party.
As well, volunteers will be doing some reverse trick or treating.
Registered families will get candy brought to their door by team members in costume. ( All health and safety protocols will be followed.)
