Minimal increases in the price of some fuels in New Brunswick Thursday

There were minimal increases to the price of a litre of gas, furnace oil and propane Thursday morning after the Energy and Utilities Board reset prices overnight.

A litre of regular self-serve gasoline was up one tenth of a cent to a new maximum of $1.008.

Furnace Oil was also up a tenth of a cent to a new maximum mark of $0.829/L.

Propane saw the biggest change when the price of a litre was raised four tenths of a cent to a new maximum of $0.925.

Diesel went unchanged overnight with the maximum price remaining at $0.987/L.

Many retailers will sell for a few cents less than the maximum retail price.
