Provincial languages boss to deliver annual report

New Brunswick

The 2018-19 report from the acting commissioner of official languages will be presented to a legislative committee Friday morning.

The Telegraph-Journal says a release issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages for New Brunswick says Michel Carrier's report will be made public at 9:00 a.m.

The paper says last year's report focused on Ambulance New Brunswick and the province only had themselves to blame for a shortage of bilingual paramedics.

Ambulances were left out of service because of the shortage.
