Two new travel-related cases of COVID-19 in New Brunswick Monday
Public Health says there are five cases of COVID-19 in New Brunswick as two new cases were reported Monday.
The first new case is an individual in their 20s in Zone 1, the Moncton Region who is self-isolating after international travel, while the second is an individual in their 60s in Zone 2, the Saint John Region, who is self-isolating after exiting the Atlantic Bubble.
According to the New Brunswick COVID-19 Dashboard, there are two active cases in Zone 2, the Saint John Region, with one each in Zones 1, 3 and 6, the Moncton, Fredericton and Bathurst Regions.
To date, the province has completed 80,455 COVID-19 tests, with 203 confirmed cases and two deaths attributed to the virus.
There are currently no patients receiving treatment for COVID-19 in a New Brunswick hospital and 196 people have recovered after testing positive.
