The Payton and Dillon Budd Memorial Ride is back. Are you ready to get moving for mental health?! Join the Canadian Mental Health Association on June 12th for their annual community bike ride where everyone is invited to come together for the cause. There are five routes to choose from for various skill levels. Whether you want to walk, ride or slowly stride your way along, there is a route for you. All donations go towards the Canadian Mental Health Association. 

Ride for your own wellbeing. Ride to bring mental health into the open. Ride for your community. Because we all deserve to feel well, especially now.
