Kingston Police seeking public's help locating missing woman

Kingston Police are attempting to locate a woman who went missing on Halloween. 42-year-old Melissa Leblanc-Boisvenu was last seen downtown, in the area of Bagot Street and Johnson Street. Leblanc-Boisvenu is known to frequent areas on Montreal Street, Rideau Street and Garrett Street. 

She is described as Caucasian, approximately 5'8" tall, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Leblanc-Boisvenu was last seen wearing a red coat, gray pants, a blue and grey toque, and black winter boots with red laces.
