Six sexual assault charges laid after series of aggressive incidents in downtown Kingston

Kingston Police have released information after investigating a series of sexually based offences which occurred over just two days at various times throughout the day within the city's downtown core.
Police have made an arrest after this extensive investigation. The accused is believed to have been approaching females while yelling aggressively and touching them.
While the investigation was ongoing, police were asking members of the public to be aware and remain vigilant, as well as suggesting people travel in groups when possible.
Though an arrest has been made, police say they are aware of other incidents of a similar nature which have occurred within the last two days and have not been reported and are requesting that anyone who believes they have had an encounter or who has any information in relation to these incidents please contact the Kingston Police Major Crime Unit at 613-549-4660.
