LCHS trying to identify pair of pups found at a park

The Lincoln County Humans Society is looking for information on a pair of dogs they found.
The two pups were found at a park and appear to have been left there by their owner.
They both suffer from cherry eye and need expensive surgery.
The LCHS is asking for help to see if anyone recognizes them.
