Guns N’ Roses’ ‘November Rain’ Sets YouTube Record
Gun’s N’ Roses 1991 classic “November Rain” has set the YouTube record as the first music video from the ‘90s to reach over a billion views.
The nine-minute video for the rock ballad earned approximately 560,000 views daily in 2017, according to Forbes. On Saturday, the video marked the billion-view milestone.
Other Guns N’ Roses favourites with significant YouTube views include "Sweet Child O' Mine" with 692 million, "Don't Cry" with 471 million, and "Estranged" with 111 million views.
In addition to the YouTube record, the reunited rock band is currently on the road with their Not In This Lifetime tour, so far earning approximately $633 million (CAD), according to Forbes.
