More Former Employees Of Lizzo Accuse Her Of Sexual Harassment

Lizzo is facing more allegations of sexual harassment from six other former dancers.

Lawyer Ron Zambrano, who is currently working the lawsuit filed against the star, said his firm has learned of at least six new people, who have either toured with Lizzo or worked on her Amazon Studios reality show, Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls, claiming she fostered a “sexually charged environment” and failed to pay employees.

NBC News reports that Zambrano is reviewing and vetting the new accusations. “Some of the claims we are reviewing may be actionable, but it is too soon to say,” he said.

Last week three former dancers that worked with the singer/rapper filed a lawsuit accusing Lizzo of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

Lizzo has since issued a statement, calling the allegations "sensationalized stories" and that she was hurt by them. She also hired lawyer Marty Singer, best known for representing Bill Cosby.

In other news, Philadelphia's long-running Made In America festival has cancelled this year's event due to "severe circumstances outside of production control." Lizzo was set to headline, along with SZA, however, organizers have not linked the cancellation to Lizzo's recent legal troubles.
