The “Look What You Made Me Do” singer, who has 83 million followers, was ranked No. 1 on a list by social media analysis company Brandwatch.
Katy Perry is in second place and music stars Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna also made the cut.
Among male influencers, Liam Payne took the top spot, beating U.S. president Donald Trump.
“Wow can’t quite believe this,” Payne tweeted in response. “Couldn’t have done it without you … thanks for listening.”
His former One Direction mate Niall Horan was ranked No. 6. Other music artists on the list are Bruno Mars, David Guetta and A.R. Rahman.
Canada’s Justin Bieber – the youngest influencer on the Brandwatch list – is ranked third. With a whopping 105 million followers, Bieber has tweeted fewer than 40 times this year.
