She and her team are on the forefront of helping Canadians prepare for the Future of Work…   In part two of our conversation, Lisa says our initial reaction to the pandemic was a crisis response and we reacted without a full understanding of expectations of both the technology and outcomes. As an example, she points to the challenges we faced trying to educate our kids in a virtual space.
