Well, it's all about the weather this weekend..but we don't live in this beautiful Province because of the weather..so dress properly and enjoy.

All ski resorts are open and even some cross country. Bridal Shows are big and Ice Wine is ready to flow in Niagara.

OK, 17 ski resorts are open running 60-100% full terrain...Mt St Louis/Moonstone continues to lead the pack, full operation 36-36 and watch for the NEWSTALK Pizzaville Audi Etron to win great prizes from Pizzaville on Saturday.

Horseshoe Valley has 26 of 28.  Snow Valley with chilli cook off and snow shoe Sat night with 14-20.  Blue Mt 38-43, Hockley Valley 11-15, Hidden Valley 9-15, Sir Sams 12-14 with their Family Challenge starting on Sundays til the 29th of Feb, Batawa 8-11, Brimacombe 5-20, Dagmar 14-18, Chicopee 11-12, Glen Eden 15-17, Uplands 2-6 and Calabogie Peaks at 11-15. 

Five Cross Country are open with Hardwood Hills at 40-40k and a big party Sat night, Scenic Caves 20-27, Highlands Nordic 22-24, Arrowhead Prov Park with Fire and Ice Sat  night with a 2k trail with 200 torches through the woods, from 6-9.  Mountainview 35-35k and Wye Marsh at 25-25k.

Bluemination continues at Blue Mt with thousands of lights along a trail of interactive lights. 

Bala is featuring Night Skate and Torches at Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery from 6-9 along with 2 skating/pond hockey rinks..of course all weather permitting.

How about a free breakfast on Saturday then head to Sharon for Mayor and Council free flap jacks and skate from 9-11 at the East Gwillimbury Sports Complex.

It's a big Saturday night for eating in Barrie...Top Chef Licious cook off..10 local restaurants and chefs participate at Liberty North with dinners from 5-11.

Ever been on a Fat Bike...wider tires used in the snow and beaches..Fat Bike Festival in Caledon at the Albion Hills Conservation Area with 10- and 20k races plus a charity poker run..all starts with registration at 7am followed by prizes and lunch. 

There's three wedding shows this weekend.. Canada's Bridal Show at  Metro Convention Center in Etobicoke, Sat and Sun with fashion shows, destination weddings and live entertainment.. $40,000 in prizes.. Sat, 10-8 then Sun 10-6..There's also a wedding show in St Catherines, Sat and Sun at the Holiday Inn Conference Center... in Gravenhurst on Sat 9-4 at the Discovery Center,  plus the Kismet South Asian Bridal Show on Sunday at the International Center in Mississauga from noon-6 with over 200 booths. 

It's Ice Wine time..Niagara Ice Wine Festival kicks off along with the Twenty Valleys Winter Wine Festival in Jordan..11th annual with a big dinner and dance on Saturday night..live entertainment, seminars, and the big barrel roll competition down Main Street on Sat at 3:30...runs Sat and Sun with the Ice Wine Festival running til the 26th.
