Lets start in Toronto with a number of events and a huge party at Ontario Place..Winter Festival at West Island with a skating rink, 170ft tube park, market, carnival rides, games, magical characters and over 3 million lights to brighten your sky all presented by CNE..it's Canada's largest winter festival.
Here's another biggie...Holiday Fair and Cavalcade of Lights at Nathan Philips Square..there's a midway, games, skating, food trucks and heated Polar Point Bar all day...all starts at 11 then lasting til 10 at night.
Tunnel of Glam kicks off in the Yonge-St Clair area with an 80 ft glam tunnel filled with interactive, hands on lights..touch the walls and sequence changes. 14 million sequent lights from 7am to 11pm daily and all free.
Leslieville Christmas Flea market opens on Saturday with vintage and hand crafted goods, furniture and clothing 10-5 all weekend.
Evergreen's Winter Village is a neat place to be in the heart of Toronto's Don Valley area...largest sustainable holiday market in the city along with skating, market, local crafts and food at Evergreen Brick Works near Rosedale.
The 7th annual Leslieville Xmas Market is ready for over ten thousand people featuring vintage clothing, furniture and more all weekend at Jimmy Simpson Community Center, 10-5 daily.
City of Craft is popular on Queen St West with over 5,000 attending last year...city's finest artists and artisans at Theatre Center all weekend.
Fan Expo is also ready to roll at Metro Convention Center..it's a holiday market with toys, collectibles, book and comics...11-5 daily.
Fairbank Village is chipping into the Holiday fun with Light up the Holidays...outdoor street event, free food, live bands, local food and fun with lighting of the tree at 5:30.
Swedish Christmas Fair is set to go at David's Spectrum on Dundas east..34th annual with a market, music and local talent all weekend.
Nutcracker Christmas is featured at Casa Loma with family celebrations everyday.
Heading out of town to Barrie and Christmas Market...5 points theatre with local food and musicians along with Spice Holiday Market at East Bayfield Community Center on Saturday only.
Schomberg is full of tradition with annual Main Street Christmas and 2 parades..kids parade at 4 then the annual and popular Farm Machinery parade at 8 with lights and decorations on farm machinery.
Festival of Lights is huge at Canada's Wonderland with a huge skating rink right at front gates then kids rides, games, food and more.
