Four hit by bullets in Halloween shootings

It was a violent Halloween night in the GTA.

At least four people were hit by bullets in at least three separate shootings.

Two teens were shot around 9 p.m. behind an apartment building near Pape and Cosburn.

Police tell NEWSTALK 1010, it's a residential area where likely, older children would still have been out trick-or-treating.

The teens are expected to live.

Another person was hit by bullets while in a ride share vehicle near Don Mills and Eglinton.

Police say an SUV pulled up beside and someone started fire.

That person is also expected to recover.

Meanwhile in Brampton, Ridgeview Public School is closed Friday as police investigate a deadly shooting nearby.

Peel Police say the victim was found outside the school.

It's not clear who this person is or what led to the shooting.
