Ontario gets first dibs on rapid tests
Ontario is the first province in Canada, to have their hands on Health Canada approved, rapid COVID-19 tests.
The first batch of 100,000 arrived in the province today.
The Ontario government is paying for the tests, but Health Minister Christine Elliot wouldn't say how much they cost.
She did say they will first go to areas that have more difficulty transporting tests. That means the far north, rural areas and long-term care homes.
