REPORT: PATH killer to be allowed to leave CAMH

A new report says Rohinie Bisesar, the woman who stabbed a stranger to death in Toronto's underground PATH, is being granted new privileges.

According to the Toronto Sun, The Ontario Review Board has decided she'll be allowed unescorted passes from CAMH and could eventually be moved into supervised housing outside the facility.

Bisesar was found not criminally responsible in the 2015 murder of Rosemarie Junor.  At the time, she was suffering from untreated schizophrenia.

The Sun reports that the ORB was told Bisesar has improved on medication and that the board has ruled she be moved into the general unit. They said CAMH should create a program for increased privileges over the next year.
