Ducks Rally Past Wings

Richard Rakell, Nick Ritchie and Jakob Silfverberg scored third-period goals to rally the Anaheim Ducks past the Detroit Red Wings 3-1 at Little Caesars Arena.

John Gibson stopped 27-of-28 shots as Anaheim improved to 3-0-and-0.

Filip Hronek scored the Red Wings' goal late in the second period.  Dylan Larkin picked up his fourth assist of the season. It was the first loss for Detroit in three games this season.

The Wings take on the Canadiens in an Original Six NHL matchup Thursday night in Montreal, then return home to battle the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday.
