He tied the game at three with a solo shot in the third and put the Jays ahead to stay with a three-run blast in the fifth.
TJ Zeuch earned the win with five-and-a-third innings of relief. Ken Giles notched his 20th save.

Jordy Mercer and Grayson Greiner drove in runs for the Tigers, who have dropped four-of-five. Edwin Jackson gave up five runs in five-plus innings to take the loss.
