Leafs Without Rielly

Toronto Maple Leafs have announced that defenceman Morgan Rielly will miss a minimum of eight weeks.

Reilly sustained a fractured foot during Sunday's 8-4 loss to the Florida Panthers.

The 25-year-old has three goals and 27 points in 46 games this season while averaging a team-high 24:15 of ice time per game.

He scored a career-high 20 goals and 72 points in 82 games last season.

The Maple Leafs, who are already without defenceman Jake Muzzin due to a foot injury, recalled defenceman Rasmus Sandin from the AHL's Toronto Marlies earlier on Monday.
