The Steelers and Saints will both be without their star quarterbacks for the foreseeable future.

Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger left Sunday's NFL game against the Seattle Seahawks in the second quarter with a right elbow injury.

The team later announced he will undergo surgery and miss the rest of the season.

New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees will also be out for the next six weeks due to a recent thumb injury.

Brees left Sunday's game against the Rams when his hand hit defensive end Aaron Donald as he followed through on a pass.

According to ESPN's NFL Insider Adam Schefter, he is expected to undergo surgery as early as today.
