Miranda Lambert was forced to cancel two concerts this past weekend due to illness.

The 36-year-old country star, who is currently on her Wildcard Tour, first postponed a show in Salt Lake City on Friday.

“I’ve been doing everything in my power to be 100% but my voice is just not there. Not even close,” Lambert told fans in an Instagram message. “I am so sorry to let everyone down.”

The singer added that she was “medicating and resting” in hopes of performing as scheduled in Denver on Saturday. But, fans there were also disappointed.

“I spent the last 24 hours on the bus trying to get as well as I could. No talking. All the tea in the world. Sleep. Meds,” Lambert explained. “I’m feeling a lot better but unfortunately my voice is just not back yet and there is nothing else I can do but wait.”

The Salt Lake City show was rescheduled for Feb. 25 and the Denver show was bumped to March 2.

Lambert's next concert is scheduled for Feb. 6 in Kansas City.

She kicks off the Canadian leg of her Wildcard Tour on April 25 in Vancouver and hits Edmonton, Regina, Winnipeg, London, Oshawa, Ottawa and Montreal. She is also set to headline the Cavendish Beach Music Festival in PEI on July 10.
