CANCELLED - Boots and Hearts Music Festival 2020

Dear Boots Fam,

The health and well-being of our fans, artists, staff, partners and the community is always our highest priority. The impact of COVID-19 remains a risk for all large-scale events in 2020. Despite our eagerness to continue with this season, it is with great sadness that we announce the cancellation of Boots and Hearts 2020.

We are truly sorry we won’t be able to celebrate BootsLife with you this summer. We are already moving forward with planning for 2021 – the much-anticipated 10th anniversary! We are thrilled to announce Eric Church will be back next year as a 2021 headliner for an unforgettable summer.

We are extremely grateful for our loyal fans who have already purchased their Boots and Hearts tickets for 2020. With the best interests of our fans in mind, we have multiple options for ticket holders. We will be honouring all 2020 festival passes for Boots 2021 to ensure fans can secure their current 2020 prices. Those that hold onto their full weekend tickets will also receive a credit to their 2021 wristband. General Admission full-weekend ticket holders will receive a $25 credit and VIP weekend patrons will receive a $50 credit. No action is required if you wish to rollover your ticket. A full refund is also available upon request for all ticket types, refunded to the original purchaser. Click HERE to request a full refund. Please allow for 2-3 weeks after June 1, 2020 to receive your refund.

All camping and parking passes for Boots 2020, including reserved RV and tent sites can be carried over for 2021 as well. Fans can either hold onto their camping/parking pass or request a full refund.

Those that have committed to a current payment plan have the option to fulfill their final payments to lock in their 2021 ticket or request a full refund for all instalment payments to date. More information regarding payment plans will be sent to those specific purchasers.

Please note all 2020 purchasers must request all refunds including admissions and camping/parking by June 1, 2020 at midnight. After the deadline, all ticket types will be automatically transferred to Boots and Hearts 2021.

We’re hanging up our boots for this coming summer but our hearts are with the fans and our entire festival community as we navigate these difficult times.

Till then stay healthy, happy and stay home y’all.
