Gas and diesel are more expensive in New Brunswick Thursday after the Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) reset prices overnight.

The board raised the price of self-serve gasoline by 1.9 cents per litre, to a new top price of $1.349/L.

A litre of diesel is 2.6 cents per litre more expensive sitting at a new maximum of $1.354/L.

Many stations will sell for a few cents less than the maximum allowable price.

The EUB also raised the price of Furnace Oil by 2.5 cents per litre and propane by 1.4 cents per litre overnight.

Those fuels sit at new maximum prices of $1.169/L and $1.066/L respectively.
