N.B. awards $1 million contract to McAdam company
New Brunswick has awarded a $1 million contract to a McAdam company under the New Brunswick First Procurement Strategy and Action Plan.
A release states the contract with Soleno Maritimes Inc. is for the purchase of pipe products.
Government says in the 2022-23 fiscal year, roughly $2.3 billion worth of goods, services and construction contracts were awarded to local suppliers.
Officials say the strategy and action plan was launched in November 2020 to support local businesses and reduce barriers to obtaining government contracts.
