Police face questions over response to Texas school shooting

Police in Uvalde, Texas, are facing questions and criticism over how much time passed before they stormed an elementary school classroom and put a stop to a deadly rampage.
A government official says 40 minutes to an hour elapsed from when the gunman opened fire to when he was shot dead by a Border Patrol team.
Witnesses say frustrated onlookers had urged police officers to go into the school, and even considered charging in themselves.
Nineteen children and two teachers were killed.
