    Truro Legion Bingo restarts Wednesday, April 6. Regular game prizes will be: $50 until attendance exceeds 59 players, $75 for 60 to 74 players, $100 for 75+ players. Regular bingo 7:30 pm and mini Bingo at 6:30 pm. You are welcome to wear your mask if you choose.   • 5th Annual Coin Show

    The Central Nova Coin Club in association with the Atlantic Provinces Numismatic Association is proud to announce the 5th Annual Coin Show after a long 3 years! Located at the Glengarry Best Western, 150 Willow St. Truro. Saturday, May 21st at 6pm will start with a meet & greet between club members, dealers, and patrons. This will be followed at 8pm by an auction of various coins, banknotes, bullion, & other related items. It is free to enter & open to the public. The coin show itself will be on Sunday, May 22nd starting at 9am. Tickets to enter are $3 each or 2 for $5. There are a number of door prizes consisting of a 1/10th oz. gold Bluenose coin, 2oz silver Queen's Beast completor coin, & 4 sets of the colored Bluenose 10cent set. Vendors from the Atlantic & eastern provinces will be there buying, selling, & trading with the public. Bring your coins & banknotes for a free no obligation evaluation from various dealers.     The North Shore Snowmobile Club is going to hold a live and silent auction on Saturday, June 4th at the Belly Up BBQ and Grill at 214 Robie Street , Truro from 2-4pm. Fund raising efforts are currently underway to build a multi purpose shed. This will be to store the groomer and will be available for community activities. All attendees will be entered in a draw to win 10 pounds of lobsters. Drop by for a fun afternoon.
