Hunters can now apply for one of 4,785 antlerless deer hunting stamps for the 2022 hunting season.

Stamps are available for zones 103, 104, 106, 108 and 110 in mainland Nova Scotia and zones 111 and 112 in Cape Breton.

Government says stamps aren't needed for zones 101, 102, 105, 107 or 109 because they're open to harvesting deer of either sex.

An antlerless deer stamp must be accompanied by a general deer stamp.

The deadline to enter the draw is noon on July 22nd, with results posted online August 15th.

The application and additional information, including a detailed map of deer management zones, are available at: https://wrs.novascotia.ca/DeerDraw/
