Six new cases of COVID-19 reported in Nova Scotia Wednesday
Public Health is reporting six new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia on Wednesday.
Three of the cases are in the Central Zone, two are in the Northern Zone and one is in the Eastern Zone.
Officials say three of the cases are travel-related, two are close contacts of previous infections and one is being investigated.
Nova Scotia has 159 active cases of COVID-19, with four people in hospital.
As of Wednesday, 79% of Nova Scotians have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and 72.9% are fully vaccinated.
