Renfrew County home prices set record for fourth straight month

Renfrew County home prices have set a record for the fourth straight month. 

Numbers from the Renfrew County Real Estate Board show the average price of a home sold in October was a record $342, 436, which is up 33 per cent from October 2019. 

Resident home sales also continued to trend upwards in October with 208 homes sold, up 61.2 per cent from the year before. 

It's the fourth straight month the area has seen record values and sales, while inventory remains at historic lows, as active listing are down 58.3 per cent from 2019.
