Potential COVID-19 exposure at businesses in Regina.

​​​Saskatc​​hewan Health Authority is notifying the public of potential exposure to COVID-19 at the following businesses where a person or persons attended while likely infectious:

Octo​ber 4 – Earl’s restaurant (South Albert St), 2606 28th Avenue from 4:00pm to 5:00pm

Octob​er 4 – Regina Airport, WestJet check-in and departure lounge from 5:30pm to 6:20pm AND flight WS203 to Calgary.

Octo​ber 5 – The Cure, 2323 11th Avenue from 7:30pm to 10:30pm

Octob​er 6 – Superstore East, 2055 Prince of Wales Drive from 7:30pm to 9:30pm

 

On October 17, save a trip to Sarcan and help out the Red Sox. Drop off bottle donations at Regina Red Sox Clubhouse 9:00 am to 5 pm (Just North of Coop Home Center).

They will sort the items in 5 categories • Plastic bottles/Jugs – large and small • Aluminum/Tin Cans • Clear and Colored Glass • Cartons and Juice Boxes • Refillable Beer Bottles Thank you for your continued support of your Regina Red Sox.

 

For the first time ever, Girl Guide cookies will be available for online purchase in Canada.

Funds raised support the guides — ages five to 17 — to take part in various programs aimed at building confidence, learning to solve problems and connect with their community.

Give an Active Treat this Halloween

 Back for 2020, residents can purchase Healthy Halloween passes at major recreation centres to give Trick or Treaters an active treat for Halloween.

 Healthy Halloween passes are available for purchase from October 13 to 31 at the Fieldhouse, Lawson Aquatic Centre, North West Leisure Centre, Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre, online and by phone. If ordering online or by phone, please note that sales will end on October 25 to allow time for shipping.

 Residents can purchase passes in packages of 12 for $6 (GST included). Children who get a pass this Halloween will get free admission to City facilities such as leisure centres or skating arenas.

 Purchase passes online at Regina.ca/recreation, by phone 306-777-PLAY (7529) by October 25 or come into one of our Major Recreation Centers from now until October 31. Get yours while supplies last.
