2 People Arrested After Home Invasion on Church Street in Garson

Just before 10:00 a.m. this morning, Tuesday, February 4, Sudbury Police received a call regarding a possible Break and Enter in progress at a residence on Church Street in Garson.

A family member was alerted by video surveillance equipment installed outside of the home and immediately contacted Police.

Members of the Integrated Crime Team and Patrol Officers arrived minutes later setting up containment of the residence.

Officers could see that there had been a forced entry made to the home through a door that was clearly damaged.

Around 10:15 a.m. members of the Tactical Unit arrived on scene and made entry into the residence, locating and arresting two individuals without incident.

A 49 year old man and 32 year old woman have been charged with Break and Enter with Intent and Theft Under $5,000.
