Sudbury Police Arrest Murder Suspect Thursday Night After Robbery On Falconbridge Road
FINAL UPDATE FROM SUDBURY POLICE (SUSPECT ARRESTED)
"Around 9:30 p.m. Detectives from the Integrated Crime Section – Break, Enter and Robbery (BEAR) Unit of our Criminal Investigation Division located and arrested 32 year old Kyle Smith in the area of Falconbridge Road.
32 year old Edgar “Kyle Smith” has been charged with the following under the Criminal Code of Canada;
First Degree Murder
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
Failure to Stop at the Scene of a Collision
Fail to Comply with Release Order
He will be held in Police custody overnight in order to attend Bail Court on September 10, 2021.
