Scott Helman is taking over Canadian radio with the breezy first single from his upcoming debut full-length album Hôtel de Ville "Kinda Complicated."
He recently stopped by the iHeartRadio studios in Vancouver to perform the song for us. “The more that I write music the more that I feel that I’m curing myself,” Scott explains.
“How am I gonna be a better person and how am I gonna be a better lover? I have to figure out all those things that are knocking around in my head.”
Don’t miss Scott Helman Live, April 21st in Toronto at the iHeartRadio Fest 2017!
Jonathan Roy came by the iHeartRadio studios in Vancouver for an intimate performance of his song ‘Good Things’ off his debut album Mr. Optimist Blues out now on Warner Music Canada. The son of NHL legend Patrick Roy and protégé of Canadian music icon Corey Hart is in the midst of his first cross Canadian tour. Corey Hart co-wrote and executive produced the album, Jonathan calls his mentor the “hardest working and most passionate person I’ve ever met.” He’s not shy about crediting Corey as the driving force in his promising music career. “The way he writes songs is very rare. I am very lucky to have found someone who wants to work with me like Corey. We have a beautiful relationship and he believes in what I’m doing.”
