ATV's with tracks prohibited on roadways: OPP

Killaloe OPP are reminding residents that All-Terrain Vehicles, Argo's and other side-by-side vehicles that have tracks are not allowed on highways.
Police said under the Highway Traffic Act, such vehicles must have a minimum number of tires to be on roadways and have no tracks that are in contact with the ground.
OPP said those violating the law could face a fine of $85 plus additional court costs.
