A celebration of life will be held virtually on Tuesday for a Frontenac Secondary School student killed in a west-end crash nearly two weeks ago.

16-year-old Scottie Legg was killed in a two-car crash on Bayridge Drive on Oct. 21, which also sent a number of people to hospital.

A service for Legg has been scheduled for Tuesday at 10 a.m. online, with access available by calling the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home.

An online fundraiser for the family has raised over $18,000.

The cause of the Oct. 21 crash is still under investigation and police said speed was a factor.
