No new COVID cases in Kingston as province sees bump
Kingston reported no new COVID-19 cases over the weekend as the province reported a slight spike in cases.
With no new cases on either Saturday or Sunday, Kingston has nine active cases of the virus as of Monday morning with no patients in hospital.
Ontario reported 977 cases Monday and 1,015 on Saturday, mostly in the province's four hot spots of Toronto, Peel, York and Ottawa.
Public Health Officials reported nine new deaths on Sunday and 22 more people were admitted to hospital.
Officials have maintained provincial case totals are heading in the right direction despite numbers that have remained high and sometimes surpassed the 1,000 mark.
