One new COVID case, three more recoveries


One new cases of COVID-19 was reported in the Tri-County area on Thursday as the province hit an all-time high. 

Three more people also recovered from the virus in Leeds, Grenville and Lanark, meaning seven active cases in the area as of Friday morning. 

Ontario reported a single-day record of 797 new cases on Thursday but also set a new high for tests being completed. 

Both COVID-19 assessment centres in Brockville and in Kemptville remain open by appointment-only Friday.
