Three charged after numerous drugs, pistol found at Pembroke home

Three people face a slew of charges a number of drugs and a pistol were seized from a Pembroke home. 

Police said a search warrant was executed on a Moffat Street home last Thursday and officers seized a .22 calibre pistol along with crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, purple fentanyl, MDMA, suboxone, clonazepam, hydromorphone and percocet. Brass knuckles, scales and other stolen property were also recovered from the home, according to OPP. 

35-year-old Amy Pleau of Admaston-Bromley Township, 36-year-old Heidi Scanes of Pembroke and 44-year-old Allan Laplante of Ottawa all face 10 charges including drug trafficking and weapons offences. Laplante also faces an additional charge of failing to comply with a court order and will appear in court in Perth on Nov. 23. 

The other two accused will appear in court in Pembroke on Dec. 14.
