Edmonton Girl Who Jumps like a Horse Will Be Featured In ‘Ripley’s Believe It Or Not’
At this point, any headline that doesn’t have anything to do with COVID-19 is fine by me, and I can only assume you feel the same way. For this reason I am happy to tell you all about a 17 year old in Edmonton who has realized she has a talent that I think we can safely say not many of us have. She can jump like a horse. I’m serious.
If you’re anything like me, you may be wondering how someone would ever happen upon that kind of talent? I can guarantee you just by judging my ability to even walk; jumping like a horse wouldn’t be near the top of my list of talents. Honestly, it may not even be near the bottom. It may be worth it for you to test it out, though, because it could land you a spot in the new Ripley’s Believe It Or Not book.

Tonight I get featured on @globaledmonton in a story about me and my feature in the new @ripleysbelieveitornot book. The link to the article is on my story and under my “Extras” highlight tab. If anyone lives here in Edmonton I am on at 6:00pm! • Ac: msvids_ • #humanhorse #jumpinglikeahorse #jumplikeahorse
This may be a blast from the past for you like it is for me… because growing up, those books, along with the Guinness Books of World Records, were always somewhere nearby for the viewing pleasure of anyone in my household. The thought of ever making it into one of them was like the DREAM as a kid, so I’m sure 17 year old Ava Vogel in Edmonton is equally as stoked as you would have been at that age, or any age for that matter, to make it on the pages of one of these books.
Some of the videos she posts are actually super impressive. SOME being an understatement, because literally every single one of them makes you question if gravity even exists. Who knew that humans could make horse jumps look equally as graceful as the animals do themselves?
Either way, this is some fun, light hearted and LOCAL news to kick off your weekend… happy horse jumping to all.
