So Captain Connor McDavid like all of us is trying to balance maintaining his regular exercise, while staying indoors and self-isolating. I’m not going to lie, if I tried to jump back into a regular workout routine after hanging out at home the past couple weeks, I wouldn’t have too much success.

We’ve probably all been a little “lax” during this quarantine time, and if you haven’t- good on you!
