Marc Dermott Weekends

Marc Dermott on air on the weekends. He'll keep ya singing, dancing, and maybe even... fist pumping!

Born in Wigan, England. (Not Scotland, or Australia lol) Marc moved to the Okanagan in 2017, with his girlfriend (now wife) Anna. Marc has worked in the entertainment industry all his life, from TV to stage performances in the UK. Some of his proudest moments include, being the warm up act for Lionel Richie, performing at the 02 Arena London, hosting the BDO Darts on Eurosport TV, winning a reality UK TV Show (Robot Wars), and being “Barney the Dinosaur” touring the UK (no he really was…lol)

Marc has always wanted to work in Radio and loves being part of the Virgin team, delivering a high energy show, with fun stories and silly moments. Having fun, laughing at life, and helping you make it through your Saturday afternoon is what he’s all about.
