Justin Bieber has announced that his fifth studio album – and first in five years – will be titled Changes and will be out on Valentine’s Day.

Feb. 14 is the same day tickets to his previously-announced tour will go on sale to the general public. A limited number of VIP Packages will also be available starting Jan. 30 at 10 am.

The Changes Tour, featuring Kehlani and Jaden Smith, brings Bieber home to Canada for concerts on Sept. 1 in Ottawa, Sept. 3 in Quebec City, Sept. 10 in Toronto and Sept. 14 in Montreal.

Kehlani is featured on “Get Me,” the second single from Changes. It follows the Jan. 3 release of “Yummy.”

“I feel like this is different than the previous albums just because of where I’m at in my life,” Bieber said in a video teaser last month. “It’s the music that I’ve loved the most out of anything that I’ve done.”

Bieber hasn’t released any solo singles since 2016. He teamed up with BloodPop on 2017’s “Friends” and collaborated with Ed Sheeran for this year’s “I Don’t Care” and with Dan + Shay on “10,000 Hours.” He is also featured on a remix of Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy.”

Last March, he promised fans in an Instagram post that he will drop “a kick ass album” after he has taken time to work on his mental health. (A dollar from every ticket to the Changes Tour will go to Bieber’s foundation in support of mental health initiatives.)

In July 2017, Bieber pulled the plug on his Purpose World Tour with 15 shows to go – including two in Toronto – because he was burned out. “I’ve been on tour for two years,” Bieber told the Splash News agency at the time. “Sorry for anybody who feels disappointed or betrayed, it’s not my heart or anything.”

Early this year, Bieber told Vogue: “I got really depressed on tour. I haven’t talked about this, and I’m still processing so much stuff that I haven’t talked about. I was lonely. I needed some time."
