Join Laura's 30 Day of Jump Challenge

The challenge: Do a minimum of 2 minutes of jump rope to a maximum (no more!!!) of 12 minutes a day for 30 days.
I can tell you if you do this & you change virtually nothing else about your lifestyle you will likely still see results if you do the 12 minutes.
My 12 minute Jump Rope normally looks like this, however for the beginning of this I'll likely just do regular jump for the 45 second intervals:
