Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of the Contest Sponsor, its agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators, are ineligible to enter. Winners of a previous Bell Media Inc. contest within the thirty (30) days preceding the winner selection date for this Contest (including persons designated by such winners to participate in the prize and persons domiciled with a winner) are not eligible to enter or to be selected for a prize and may be disqualified.
.TO ENTER the Contest, visit Freedom Mobile at Unit 1138 – 2929 Barnett Highway, Coquitlam, BC, between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT on October 27, 2018 and participate in the money booth game (the “Game”). The Game will consist of contestants voluntarily going into the money booth for a 30-second round and grabbing – using their hands, no stuffing in pockets or clothing – as many fake bills (the “Bills”) from the air as possible before time expires. The denominations on the Bills are: $100, $500 and $1000. When the time expires, the value represented on the Bills held in the contestant’s hands will be counted and registered. Safety glasses are required for all contestants. Each contestant must be in good physical condition to participate. Persons with back, neck, knee or joint injury, respiratory problems, pregnant or who may be pregnant should not participate. Potential contestant should consult a physician before participating in the Game if he/she is under medical care prior or during the Contest Period.
.PRIZE. There is one (1) prize available to be won (the “Prize”), consisting of four hundred dollars ($400.00) CAD.
.Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold or transferred. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prize is unavailable. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.
.On Monday, October 29, 2018, at approximately 9:00 a.m. PT, the values that were registered for all contestants will be used to select the potential winner in the offices of Bell Media Inc., Vancouver, BC. The contestant who collected the highest value, as counted from the values represented on the Bills, will be eligible to win the Prize. In the event of a tie, a random draw for the Prize will take place from among those who collected the tied highest value. The first (1st) contestant drawn will be eligible to win the Prize. The odds of winning the Prize will depend on the total number of eligible contestants participating in the Game during the Contest Period, and their ability to grab Bills using their hands. Bell Media Inc., acting reasonably, will attempt to contact the potential Prize winner to notify potential winner that he or she may have won the Prize by telephone within two (2) business days after selection of potential winner. In the event that the potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) business days after selection of potential winner, he or she will be disqualified and the contestant with the next highest value registered will be selected as potential winner at the Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion. Proof of identification must be provided upon request.
.In order to be declared a winner, each potential winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by a Bell Media Inc.’s representative. Before being awarded a Prize, each potential winner, or in the case of a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian, will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Contest Sponsor, a full release and indemnity form stating that he/she has read and understood these Rules, grants all consents required, agrees to be available and to participate in publicity and/or promotions related to the Contest and/or the Contest Sponsor and/or similar matters, authorizes the Contest Sponsor to broadcast, publish, disseminate and otherwise use his/her name, city/town/village and province of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any promotion and/or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and/or information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner, beyond the awarding of or participation in the Prize, accepts the Prize as offered and releases the Contest Sponsor from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner’s participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize. In the event that a potential winner does not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Rules, Contest Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify potential winner, and forfeit the prize and the Contest Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. Once confirmed as a winner, each winner must present him/herself in person immediately to pick up his/her prize or the prize will be forfeited.
