Diddy Facing Two New Sexual Assault Cases

Just one week after he was accused by R&B singer Cassie of rape and abuse, Sean Combs (aka Diddy) is facing new allegations of sexual assault by two different women.

The first lawsuit, which was filed by the plaintiff Joi Dickerson-Neal in the Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday (November 23), claims Combs drugged and raped the her, then shared a recording of the assault with others in the music industry.

Dickerson-Neal was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991, and says she met Combs through a mutual friend after agreeing to be in a music video he was making.

Despite being cautious of Combs due to his reputation for the “mistreatment of women," Dickerson-Neil agreed to go on a date, where she says her drink was drugged and she was left unable to “independently stand or walk.”

According to court documents, “Days later, a male friend revealed to her that he had viewed the ‘sex tape’ along with other men. Horrified, Ms. Dickerson asked how many others saw it, to which he responded, ‘everyone.’”

“Our client has not been able to escape the continuing impact of the harm Combs caused her many years ago. Through the Adult Survivors Act, she can avail herself to the courts to finally seek justice,” Dickerson-Neal’s lawyer, Jonathan Goldhirsh said.

In addition to Combs, Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records and Combs Enterprises have also been listed as defendants in the suit.

Diddy has denied the allegations, claiming Dickerson-Neal has made up the story.

In a statement to PEOPLE, a spokesperson for Combs said, “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more."

According to TMZ, a third woman - Jane Doe - has come forward accusing Combs and and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall of raping her in 1990 or 1991.

The lawsuit says she met the two men at a record event, where Combs and Hall began flirting with her and buying her drinks. They took her back to Hall's apartment where she was persuaded to have sex with Combs, before Hall allegedly raped her. A friend of hers was also raped.

Days later, she says Combs came to her home in a rage. “He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out," the court documents state. "Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”

Combs' lawyers responded to TMZ, saying, "These are civil suits with fabricated claims of misconduct from over 30 years ago, which are nothing but a blatant money grab. Mr. Combs is being unfairly targeted by anonymous accusers who lie for financial gain. The New York Legislature never intended the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited."

In the wake of Cassie's allegations, last weekend Kesha altered the lyrics to her 2009 hit "TiK ToK" to remove the famous reference to Diddy.
